As a women’s wellness advocate and life coach, I believe true healing comes from embracing our whole selves — and that includes the presence of art in our lives. Art helps us reconnect, express, and come home to who we truly are.
Through poetry, I don’t perform to highlight myself — I share words to highlight the power of expression and the healing that happens when we come together.
Many people feel that art is out of reach. I showcase the poetry events I attend or perform in to show that art is for everyone — no matter your lifestyle or budget. Some shows are completely free, others ask a small contribution. I’ll include all those details in each post.
